State

We can help with compliance in any USA state; each state has specific regulatory requirements. TML can show you and make you follow all the requirements to comply with the respective state agencies. We can develop new policies or modify existing policies. Also, we can fix any deficiencies or issues arising from the regulatory audits.

Federal

Financial Aid/Title IV Eligibility:

Institutions must apply and receive approval to participate in federal student financial aid programs (Title IV, HEA) as an eligible institution or as an eligible non-participating institution. Some institutions apply only for designation as an eligible non-participating institution, so their students may receive deferments on FSA program loans or qualify for tax credits or other non-Title IV programs that require institutions to be FSA-eligible.

Before beginning to participate in the FSA programs, a school should familiarize itself with the FSA Program and the administrative and other requirements that it must fulfill, including tracking student and program eligibility. Some of these requirements require substantial lead time, so a school should begin planning for implementation as soon as possible. Once it begins participating in the FSA programs, a school must continue to meet specific academic, financial, and administrative standards. The applicable federal regulations are 34 CFR Parts 600 & 668.

TML will guide you through obtaining the approvals to accept students eligible for financial assistance.

Accreditation

Education accreditation is a formal recognition and evaluation process through which educational institutions and programs are assessed to ensure they meet specific quality and performance standards. Accreditation is a voluntary, peer-review process that institutions and programs undergo to demonstrate their commitment to excellence in education. Accreditation aims to assure students, parents, employers, and the public that the accredited institution or program meets established educational quality criteria and must be eligible to accept financial aid.

TML has 15 years of experience with national, regional, and programmatic accrediting agencies to help our clients secure the initial accreditation and reaffirmations. Although the accreditation process may take more than a year with plans, procedures, and a lot of paperwork, our experienced staff, who have a combined experience of 60 years, will provide the schools with all the necessary knowledge to be accredited.
